Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, the following refund policy applies:

1. Strategy Sessions
All payments for strategy sessions are final. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Digital Services
Once a service has started or been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. Subscription Services
Monthly services can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Exceptions
In case of technical errors or failure to deliver the agreed service, we will review the situation and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
